Further Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators
Development blueprints for the financier's private tropical island among the images.
Also featured in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and features a key labelling distinct parts of the property.
In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
